Birth date, time, calendar and birthplace are checked alongside your account of work and family responsibilities. An uncertain birth time remains an uncertainty, not a precise chart.

Written output: A timeline of the agreed life topic, interpretations with their assumptions, choices to consider and events worth revisiting. It is not a guaranteed schedule of future events.

Home · Xuan Kong Flying Star

A plan, orientation, occupancy or renovation dates, photographs and room use establish what can be assessed. Light, noise and circulation are checked separately from traditional interpretations.

Written output: An annotated floor plan and prioritised adjustments are included in the remote home service, with the review described below. Site visits are a separate service; neither replaces building assessment or medical advice.

Workplace · Space and operations

The spatial layout is considered alongside workflow, responsibilities and the business records relevant to the question. Safety and engineering constraints take precedence.

Written output: A record of observed issues, alternative explanations, low-cost changes and review measures. Revenue growth or debt recovery is not promised.

Initial contact is free. These fees cover personal consultation within the stated scope and are all quoted in Chinese yuan (CNY), not HKD or USD. Free readings are system-generated and remain independently available; they do not imply personal review by the consultant.

Written output: Personal review of the question and material, an option comparison and a written action memo. Known facts, traditional interpretation and unresolved conditions are identified separately.
Discussion: A 30-45 minute online discussion.
Delivery: The first discussion takes place within 2-3 working days of the agreed start date. The memo follows within 1 working day of that discussion.
Included follow-up: Within 7 calendar days of delivery, submit one set of up to three clarification questions about the original issue. A reply is provided within 2 working days.
Limits: New events, separate readings for additional people, ongoing monitoring and acting on your behalf are excluded. No particular outcome is guaranteed.

A life stage

CNY 1,500per consultation

One person and one life stage, covering up to two related themes.

Written output: Review of birth information and present circumstances, with a stage analysis, the conditions behind each interpretation and a 90-day action plan. Uncertain birth times remain explicit limitations.
Discussion: A 60-minute online discussion.
Delivery: The first discussion takes place within 3-5 working days of the agreed start date. The report follows within 2 working days of that discussion.
Included follow-up: One consolidated clarification on the original themes is included within 14 calendar days of delivery, with a reply within 2 working days.
Limits: New themes, readings for additional people and birth-time rectification require a separate scope. Medical or investment instructions and guarantees of life events are excluded.

Remote home consultation

CNY 2,800per home

One single-level home, with an internal floor area of no more than 150 square metres.

Written output: Review of the floor plan, orientation, photographs and household needs, with an annotated plan and prioritised adjustments. Traditional interpretation, visible conditions and measurements still needed are recorded separately.
Discussion: A 60-minute online walkthrough.
Delivery: Analysis is completed within 5-7 working days after both the agreed start date and verification of the complete material. The final version follows within 2 working days of the separately scheduled walkthrough.
Included follow-up: Within 30 calendar days of delivery, you may book one remote review of the same plan, lasting up to 30 minutes.
Limits: Site visits, another property or floor plan, construction drawings, building-safety assessment and third-party testing are excluded. Missing evidence is identified; images are not treated as physical measurements.

Site visits, business and additional services

On-site home consultation

From CNY 4,800per home

One single-level home of up to 150 square metres internal floor area, including one approximately 90-minute site visit, an annotated plan and explanation.

The report follows within 5-7 working days after the visit and receipt of the necessary material. Service location and visit date are confirmed in advance. Any out-of-area travel and accommodation costs are itemised beforehand.

Small office or shop

From CNY 6,800per premises

One single-level premises of up to 200 square metres, with up to one interview with the person in charge. The report covers uses, circulation, work roles and practical constraints.

The report follows within 7-10 working days after the site visit and required information checks. Complex location comparisons, multiple departments or multiple floors are quoted separately. Location, travel and visit arrangements are agreed beforehand.

Personal date consultation

CNY 600per event

One event in one location within a date window of up to 90 days. Compare 2-3 viable options, or state when fewer are available. The free Date Planning tool remains available.

Candidate dates and explanations are delivered within 2-3 working days of the agreed start date. A perfect date is not promised; medical scheduling is outside this service.

Additional follow-up

CNY 300per 30 minutes

An optional appointment after the original delivery and included clarification or review. There is no automatic renewal. New events or themes require a new scope.

The appointment time is agreed together. Clarification already included in the original service is not charged again.

When the delivery period starts

The start date is agreed after the material is complete, scope is confirmed and payment conditions are met. It does not automatically begin at first contact. Queue time, appointments and report preparation are listed separately, with calendar dates confirmed before payment. Working days are Monday to Friday; the holiday calendar and service location are specified in the written confirmation.

Before payment

The written confirmation lists scope, deliverables, the final total payable, payment and invoicing arrangements, start date, discussion date, delivery date and included follow-up. Language, service location and appointment availability are checked first. An English webpage does not confirm that an English-language personal consultation is available.

Agree additional work first

Starting prices include the stated basic scope. Larger areas, extra premises, travel or new themes are described and quoted before additional work begins. No unagreed charges are added. Changes in material or appointment dates require a revised delivery date. If a delay is expected, its reason and proposed schedule are explained in advance. Cancellation and refund arrangements are set out in writing before engagement; factual errors are checked and corrected against the material.

Three Example Consultation Scopes

Comparing a current choice, examining a life stage and reviewing a space require different evidence and different written outputs. These examples make the proposed work specific enough to assess before agreeing to it.

These are synthetic examples of the depth of analysis, not client records. See Fees and delivery on this page for published rates and standard timing. Attachments, site work or reviews beyond the listed scope require separate agreement; an example does not automatically include them in every service.

A current choiceComparing two job offersFocus: comparable terms, missing evidence and conditions that would change the recommendation.

Material to supply: Confirmed duties, fixed and variable pay, and start deadlines for both offers; relevant commuting, caring or other constraints the client chooses to share. Unconfirmed verbal statements remain separate. Remove unrelated personal information from documents.
Written output: Compare both options on the same basis, separating documents reviewed, client accounts and unresolved points. Explain traditional role assignments alongside practical checks, the recommendation and stop conditions. A chart cannot supply unknown facts about an employer.
Attachments and checks: An option comparison, an evidence-gap list, key dates and conditions for revisiting the conclusion. If an existing free reading is used, identify its report ID, chart time and version. Any new chart requires a stated reason.
Discussion and corrections: Confirm up to three related options before work begins and check factual errors within the agreed scope. Unrelated new events or more than three options require a revised scope and fee.
Follow-up: Within 7 calendar days of delivery, submit one set of up to three clarification questions about the original issue. A reply is provided within 2 working days.
Outside the scope: No guarantee of employment, employer background investigation, legal review of an employment contract or pay outcome. Urgent contractual or rights issues require the appropriate professional.

What the written analysis would examine

Separate fixed pay from conditional bonuses. Check which terms are in writing and what must happen before variable pay is earned; do not treat both as equally certain income.
Translate broad claims about career development into duties, resources and practical constraints. Traditional interpretation is recorded separately and does not replace employer due diligence.
State when to revisit the conclusion: missing written terms, changed deadlines or different personal constraints may change the comparison. The initial recommendation is not permanent.

A life stageWork and life over the coming yearFocus: a timeline, traceable interpretation and conditions for practical use.

Material to supply: A birth date, time and calendar that can be checked, including any uncertainty; the themes the client actually wants to discuss and existing commitments. Age alone is not evidence of a career, marriage, children or health history.
Written output: Explain natal, decade, annual and monthly layers within the agreed themes. Identify the basis for each stage and what must be checked in real life. Keep the traditional timeline alongside known commitments and retain discrepancies.
Attachments and checks: A record of birth inputs and calculation conventions, a stage timeline, an index of key interpretive sources and unresolved conditions. Specify whether the full chart, monthly appendices or alternative birth-time comparisons are included.
Discussion and corrections: Check birth inputs and the discussion themes first. Factual errors can be checked against records. A different birth time, additional family members or new themes require a revised estimate of the work.
Follow-up: One consolidated clarification on the original themes is included within 14 calendar days of delivery, with a reply within 2 working days.
Outside the scope: No diagnosis, treatment scheduling, investment instruction or guarantee of life events. Circumstances not supplied by family members are not presented as known facts.

What the written analysis would examine

State the time basis: time zone, month boundaries and uncertainty in the birth time. A precise date must not conceal uncertain input.
Separate the chart interpretation from a real-world counterpart at each stage. If no corresponding fact is known, leave it unresolved rather than inventing a past experience.
Frame possible actions conditionally, using actual responsibilities, resources and personal objectives. Medical care, safety action and real deadlines do not wait for a traditional timing window.

Use of a spaceWhat to change first in a home or workplaceFocus: locations, competing explanations and changes that can be reviewed.

Material to supply: A current floor plan, orientation and measurement method, occupancy or renovation dates, photographs and actual uses. Existing noise or lighting measurements need their conditions and dates. If none exist, state that rather than inserting illustrative readings.
Written output: For each location, distinguish traditional Flying Stars interpretation, observed facts, measurements still needed and other plausible causes. Order possible changes by safety prerequisites, reach, cost and reversibility.
Attachments and checks: The remote home service includes an annotated floor plan, an issue list and prioritised adjustments. Physical measurements, site visits and construction drawings are different services and are not included in the remote fee.
Discussion and corrections: Check that the plan, orientation and uses describe the current site. Incorrect plans, changed uses or additional premises require a revised scope. A remote report sample does not imply an included site visit.
Follow-up: The remote home service includes one booked remote review of the same plan, lasting up to 30 minutes, within 30 calendar days of delivery. Follow-up for on-site and business services is specified separately in the written confirmation.
Outside the scope: Not a substitute for structural, fire, electrical or occupational-health assessment. No health or revenue guarantee. Construction, travel and third-party testing are not included by default.

What the written analysis would examine

Label each source: visible spatial relationships, actual measurements, users’ descriptions and traditional interpretation are different types of evidence.
Keep practical alternative explanations. Distraction, for example, may require checks of noise, lighting and interruptions rather than a conclusion based only on orientation.
Consider reversible changes with observable feedback first. Structural, electrical, fire or equipment-safety questions require the relevant professional rather than general consultation advice.

Agreeing Fees and Timing

Use the published fee and scope for the relevant service to confirm the deliverables and calendar dates. Expanded themes, additional material, attachments or site work require agreement on any fee or timing change before work continues.

A scope should give both parties the same understanding of the question, the files to be delivered, unresolved conditions and the point at which the work is complete. Page count and technical terminology cannot replace that agreement.

The agreement comes before the work

Initial contact is free. Published fees apply to the scope listed on this page. Before engagement, record the scope, final total payable, calendar delivery dates and included follow-up. A sample illustrates the method, not a promise that every attachment is included in every service.

Scope: The question to answer, the people or spaces involved, and what is excluded.
Fee and payment: The total quoted fee, any separately charged visit or additional work, and payment arrangements.
Delivery: A calendar delivery date, written format, attachments and the language of the work.
Communication: The channel, number and duration of discussions, plus how factual corrections are handled.
Follow-up and changes: Whether review is included, its period and number of rounds; how new questions, missing information, postponement or cancellation are handled.

Do not infer an included service from an example page. If any item above is unclear, clarify it before payment.

When a consultation is worth considering

Personal consultation is most useful when you want a traditional reading considered alongside a specific situation, have material that can be checked and are prepared to compare options. A cultural interest alone may be well served by the free reading material and tools.

A guaranteed prediction, medical diagnosis, legal determination, investment instruction or engineering approval is outside this service.
