Submitting materials
Please make the question, timing, location and people involved as clear as possible.
Birth-chart consultations usually need birth date, time, gender, current question and key years. Space consultations usually need floor plans, site photos, direction and move-in or activation timing. Current-decision consultations need the available options, limits and desired judgment result. International clients may submit materials in English first and add Chinese place names, dates or floor-plan notes where useful.
How materials are used
Submitted materials are used around the current consultation, not for unrelated promotion.
The adviser uses materials to confirm the chart or layout, check real-world context, organize judgment evidence, prepare delivery and arrange communication. If a later review is needed, it will usually stay with the same submitted question and related changes.
What delivery covers
The point is not terminology, but cause, timing and order of action.
Delivery aims to explain where the issue begins, which period is most active, which actions should come first, which risks should be avoided and how later changes can be observed. Space cases refer to photos and plans; personal cases refer to timing layers and real circumstances. The writing style is intended to be direct, practical and easy for the client to review again after the consultation.
What clients should confirm
More accurate materials lead to more grounded judgment.
Before submitting, clients should check birth time, property direction, floor-plan labels, photo positions and key event dates as carefully as possible. If some material is incomplete, state the gap clearly so the adviser can decide which part should be reviewed first.
Retention and updates
Consultation materials may be retained in a form that supports later communication.
If a client needs to update contact details, add materials or adjust the focus of the enquiry, email can be used to explain the change. For later review of the same issue, keeping the report, communication record and actual change dates is helpful.

Do not submit bank passwords, full ID numbers, unrelated private photos or unnecessary third-party sensitive information. Medical, legal, investment and construction execution details should stay with the relevant licensed professionals.

Do I need to submit everything again for follow-up?
For the same issue, usually only the actual changes, actions taken, feedback dates and new limits are needed. If the main question has changed, submit a new enquiry so old materials do not distort the judgment.
